of Catalytic Depolymerization Technology
The Catalytic Depolymerization process, which represents a major breakthrough in the quest for renewable energy sources, utilizes proprietary technologies developed in the EU, and improved and refined by our partner EcoKat. This process is a pressureless, catalytic reaction that can readily convert discarded oil and other marginal organic materials to mineral diesel. Baetel is currently investigating conversion of the following materials to fuel:
In addition, the technology can be used in the following applications:
The resulting product is a high-quality diesel fuel suitable for use in any of today's engines. It has a cetane number of over 60, as compared to normal diesel (52) and premium diesel (56), giving the engine cleaner and quieter operation.
